White label Google Business Profile setup for your clients' listings

Listing setup for agencies: one real profile per client, accurate categories, and notes you present yourself.

Local clients ask for a Google listing before they ask for a redesign. White label Google Business Profile setup lets your agency sell that job while an Australian team in Perth configures the client's own profile and sends the notes back to you.

This is setup and cleanup for a business that should have one listing. We do not create a second profile for the same business, and we do not sell map-pack tricks. Businesses doing this for themselves can read Google Business Profile setup.

What the setup includes

The scope is the listing, not a promise about where it ranks. You price it to your client. We quote the partner fee.

A typical engagement includes:

  • One profile for the real business: Correct name, category, service area, hours, and phone. If a duplicate already exists, we flag it for you to resolve with the client. We do not open another one "just in case".
  • Verification guidance: The steps Google asks for, explained so your account manager can walk the client through postcard, phone, or video checks. We cannot bypass Google's verification.
  • Photos and services you supply: Uploaded to the fields that match the business, consistent with the website if there is one.
  • Alignment with the site: Name, phone, and address the same on the listing and the website. Mismatched details are how listings get confused.
  • A handover note for you: What was changed, what the client still has to confirm, and what we refused to do. You put that note in your own email.

Review gating, fake locations, and keyword-stuffed business names are out of scope.

Australian team, client's Google account

The team is based in Perth and works Australian business days. Listing questions are full of "which category" and "the pin is on the wrong street". Those are easier to settle in the same business week as your client meeting.

Access stays controlled:

  1. You confirm the business is eligible for a profile and that you are allowed to manage it.
  2. We quote the setup. Work starts when you accept.
  3. Changes are made in an account the client or your agency owns. We do not keep ownership.
  4. You tell the client it is done. We do not email them from our address.

If you manage a stack of listings, say so in the enquiry. Bulk work is still one real business per profile.

Who it suits

  • Agencies selling local SEO that need the listing done properly before they report on it. Pair this with white label SEO.
  • Web studios launching a site and a listing in the same month.
  • Freelancers who do not want to learn Google's verification flow for every new tradie client.

The public version of this guidance is Google Business Profile setup.

FAQs

Can you white label a Google Business Profile?+

The work can be white labelled. The listing itself must be the client's real business, in an account they or you control. Google does not allow a fictional or duplicate listing so an agency can "own" the map result.

Do you guarantee map rankings?+

No. Categories, accuracy, and a matching website help the listing represent the business. Rankings are not something we promise.

Will the client see your name on the profile?+

No. Managers are added and removed the way you specify. We do not leave our brand as the public owner of a client's listing.

What if the client already has two listings?+

We identify the duplicate and recommend which one to keep. Merging or removing the extra is done with the client's confirmation, not by opening a third.
